For defective or damaged items please call 603-527-8342 or email Sales@shopheadlines.com within 48 hours. Photos of defective merchandise may be required. Once a return authorization number has been created, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. When the merchandise has been inspected and verified to be defective or damaged, you may request a full refund, store credit, or exchange including the original shipping costs. Refunds will be by original purchase method or by store credit within 48 hours of determination.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the original purchase date.
All return merchandise must be unused and in like new condition with original, undamaged packaging materials, boxes, and or tags and labels.
Items may be returned in store. In store returns must be accompanied by original invoice and non expired government issued identification matching the original purchaser.
Items sent back for reasons other than damage or defects must have shipping paid at customers expense. Once the merchandise has been inspected and verified to be unused and in like new condition with original, undamaged packaging materials, boxes, and or tags and labels you may request a full refund, store credit, or exchange minus the original shipping costs.
Canceled orders will be refunded within 24 hours.
Returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee. Fee will be waived if return is due to carrier damage, manufacturer defects, incorrect advertising, shipping of incorrect product, or any additional product mistakenly sent.
