Shipping Policy
At Headlines Boutique in North Conway and Tilton, NH, we take pride in our products and our customer service. Shipping should be no different. We will take every step necessary to ship out products safely, securely, and in a timely manner.
We use high quality, unused, unlabeled, recyclable, 200lb test corrugated cardboard, USPS priority, and USPS priority flat rate boxes.
All 21+ items will be shipped out with adult signature required. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information and updates provided to guarantee the shipment is received and signed for by an adult.
Headlines Boutique will not be responsible for shipping costs of rejected adult signature required deliveries.
All shipping times listed are estimates. Any shipping estimates are based on when shipping labels are created. Items ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Once you have received a tracking number via email, please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
Headlines Boutique will not be responsible for items damaged, lost, or stolen after shipment. You must contact the mail carrier directly to resolve these issues.
